REACH
With effect on June 1st 2007 the new chemical regulation of the european union (REACH) (EU) Nr. 1907/2006 came into force
We are in contact with the suppliers of products distributed by Decker Verfahrenstechnik GmbH, concerning all questions regarding the REACH regulation.
All products affected by this regulation and distributed by Decker Verfahrenstechnik GmbH were pre-registered by our suppliers and producers within the given term.
The European Chemical Agency EChA released a list of substances of very high concern (SVHC) on its website according to article 57 of this regulation.
None of these substances are used by Decker Verfahrenstechnik GmbH in its products.
Please understand that we cannot give any information about pre-registration numbers or registration terms nor answer individual questionnaires.
Our staff will further on try to be of help in case of upcoming questions regarding the REACH-regulation.
